ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

How it Works

Similar to exercising a muscle group, the IM-Powered program trains the brain to strengthen mind/muscle connections.  Auditory guide sounds and interactive exercises help athletes progressively improve their timing, focus, mental processing speed and mental endurance.  The athlete can learn how to experience and call upon "the zone" with more regularity and sustenance. This patented program also allows athletes to track their individual performance through a scoring system.  Athletes of all levels are using the IM-Powered program to gain the mental advantage needed for today's competitive sports.

Benefits for athletes:

  • Better Focus & Attention - even when Fatigued
  • Ability to Relax
  • More Control over Distractions
  • Quicker Reaction Time
  • Improved Rhythm & Timing
  • Improved Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Increased Mental Processing Speed
  • Sharpened and Sustainable Concentration & Focus
  • Improved Control Over Self-Talk, Pressure & Nervous Energy
  • Enhanced Overall Execution

The game seems to slow down. You attain the focused calm of "the zone" and maintain it longer -- even when increased fatigue and pressure set in.

Training your brain to win

Typical brain - Pre-IM
  • Inherent inefficient neurological pathways

  • Increased distractability & inattention

  • Hindered concentration & focus

  • Susceptibility to emotional triggers

  • Slower processing speed & reaction time

  • Reduced coordination & motor planning

Brain Post-IM Powered Training
  • Precise repetitive motions cause brain to change & learn

  • New & more efficient pathways are utilized

  • Focus & concentration improved

  • Improved mental processing

  • Improved timing

Key Areas of Impact

Focus & Concentration
  • Ability to "turn on" focus when needed

  • Ability to focus for long periods of time

  • Ability focus when conditions challenge attention span (fatigue, stress, pressure)

Mental Processing
  • Improved processing speed - quicker reaction time, academic fluency

  • Improved organization and filtering of information

  • Enhanced planning and sequencing

  • Reduced impulsivity in performance

Timing
  • More precise movement

  • More consistent movement

  • More efficient movement

  • Improved planning and sequencing
